Hi! My name is Yonjae Ethan Kim and I am an artist based in Los Angeles. I am currently a senior at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, CA. I moved to LA when I was eight years old from Seoul, South Korea. I strive to connect my personal values to societal issues  in my artworks, such as hearing loss and body dysmorphia. Also, I like to draw cars during my free time because I am obsessed with them! Moreover, by working as a docent / curator for various exhibitions and galleries that display traditional Korean artworks, I maintain my Korean heritage. Finally, I design goods such as shirts incorporating my existing artworks to fundraise and donate to non-profit organizations that bolsters safety of teenage drivers such as Conor Lynch Foundation. I hope you will enjoy my artworks!
